Returns and Refund Policy

Because we strive for 100% satisfaction on all our trophies there will be a 30 day money back guarantee on all workmanship and material defects, and a 1 year warranty on any delamination. We document each trophy with photographs before they are shipped to ensure quality. If the trophy arrives to you and it is damaged from the shipping process you must document it and notify us immediately so we can take the proper action with the shipping company and get your trophy back to you as soon as possible. Because we are using exotic veneers and wood in general there will be small variations in each trophy. We hand pick each board that goes into a Titlecraft, but with wood no 2 grains look alike and we can’t guarantee each trophy will look exactly like what is represented on the website. 

Definitions of workmanship & material defects:
If your trophy shows up and some of the veneers are pealing or chipped. If the trophy has a rough or unsanded feel to it. If parts of the trophy are unfinished. Or if you did not receive the trophy you ordered. We will pay for shipping the trophy back to our shop where we will repair or replace it to your satisfaction.
